Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 testing, we're seeing a slight delay in receiving our lab results.
After you visit the lab and provide your specimen, results can take 1-5 days. There are some STD tests that require re-testing to make sure the results are accurate.
We are happy to manually look into what stage of the process your results are in.
